Cancellation Policy

1. Acknowledgment of Identity: The Client agrees to provide valid identification and to list all individuals who will be present during the cleaning service at time of booking. Only individuals over 18 years of age are permitted on the premises during the service. 2. Booking Terms and Conditions: By booking with Xotic Curves, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: Booking Requirements • The Client must have their state-issued ID and necessary cleaning supplies ready for the maid upon arrival. The Client is responsible for providing their own cleaning supplies and ensuring that any loose or aggressive pets are confined. • The name provided for booking must match the name on the state-issued ID presented at the time of service. Any discrepancies will result in cancellation of the service, with no refund issued. The Client must also report all individuals who will be present during the service. • By booking, the Client confirms that they and anyone else on the property are at least 18 years old. If there are any concerns about age, proof of ID may be requested. Failure to provide proof will lead to immediate termination of the service, with no refund issued. 3. Recording Recording the service, including images or videos of our maids while nude, topless, or in lingerie, is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to record will result in immediate termination of the service and leading to potentially further legal action, including civil liability for invasion of privacy. 4.Physical Contact Physical contact with the Xotic Curves maid, including any form of sexual interaction, is strictly prohibited. Any attempt at such contact will result in immediate termination of the service with no refund. Such actions may violate Virginia Code § 18.2-67.10, which addresses sexual offenses, and could lead to further legal action. 5. Cancellation • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your service are fully refundable. • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your service can be rescheduled within 2 weeks from the original booking date or will incur an $80 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made on the same day or within 24 hours of the service will incur a full non-refundable cancellation fee. 6. Damage to Premises: The Client releases Xotic Curves from any responsibility for damages that may occur during the service. As the Client provides the cleaning supplies, Xotic Curves is not liable for any damage caused by those supplies.
