Do your maids really clean?
How often should I have my home cleaned?
Will my appointment stay confidential?
Yes! This is strictly a cleaning service. Most of our packages include standard cleaning. Cash tips are encouraged and appreciated. Any sexual remarks or requests are not permitted.
Does the maids bring supplies?
Your maid will use the supplies you provide, so please have them ready. If you don’t have supplies, the maid can provide them for a $20 fee as long as we know in advance.
It depends on your needs! Many clients opt for weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, but monthly or one-time services are also available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments like credit card, cash or electronic payments.
What information is required?
A valid ID that matches the name of the person who made the booking must be presented upon arrival for services to be provided. Any additional guests must have been included at the time of booking. If you need to add someone, please email us at info@XoticCurves.com.
Can I touch my Maid?
What happens during an appointment?
Your Maid will arrive in casual clothing and will ask for your ID for verification. A brief tour of your home will be needed, along with a space for her to change. This is also a great opportunity to discuss any special requests or questions you may have. After that, she will proceed to clean your home for the agreed duration.
Can I book an appointment for someone else?
Yes! All appointments are completely confidential. We do not share your information with anyone except your Xotic Curves Maid/Driver, and we will not arrive in any marked Xotic Curves vehicle.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require 50% of the total amount upon booking. The remainder is to be paid upon completion of the service. TIPS are encouraged which will go directly to your maid.
Can I record?
No. Recording photos or videos is not permitted. If this policy is violated, the service will be terminated immediately without a refund, and you will be banned from future services.

Yes! You can book for someone else as long as we can contact the individual receiving the service to ensure they acknowledge the terms and conditions.
Specific requests, like attire, should be discussed beforehand. Additional fees may apply based on the nature of the request.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
Yes, but please note that you will be charged for each maid individually

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your service are fully refundable.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your service can be rescheduled within 2 weeks from the original booking date or will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made on the same day or within 24 hours of the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the original price.
