Job Summary: Xotic Maids is seeking a vigilant and professional Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our team members and clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in security, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion. You will play a crucial role in providing a secure environment for our staff while they perform their duties in clients' homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.
Maintain a visible presence to deter and address any suspicious or inappropriate behavior.
Manage access control by verifying the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, including security breaches or safety hazards.
Report any unusual activities or potential risks to management and appropriate authorities.
Provide support and escort for staff as needed to ensure their safety while on duty.
Adhere to all security protocols and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and respecting client privacy.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of security activities and incidents.
